This is a chat log that I think will help explain a lot of the questions about the actual FLOW of the syndication steps.
[9:29:41 PM] Kimberly Castleberry: As I was explaining to Jan, the key here is for us to take 2 (or so) from our Tribe class, that know how these tribes run… and add in 4 people that are willing to learn…. that increases syndication to 6 …. and in 30 days you have 6 that know how it works 
[9:30:33 PM] Kimberly Castleberry: In 30 days, you then split the tribe into 2 or 3 divisions, and add new people to fill the open seats, and repeat the cycle, increasing the base number of people that know how to utilize team syndication… and letting you meet new people and find out who you mesh well with
[9:31:24 PM] Kimberly Castleberry: When you’ve found a handful of people that personally mesh well together (probably 90 days in), someone that wants to lead that group forms it up, and they function as their own sub-unit, giving them strong, high-quality syndication. They can also then run another group with new folks if they like.

[9:35:23 PM] Kimberly Castleberry: d) Social Bookmark her post … usually with Onlywire (however theres currently problems with onlywire and we’re working on that one) … try to get them to at least like the big three or four… digg, delicious, stumbleupon, technorati, slashdot

[9:39:09 PM] Kimberly Castleberry: Ideally this takes ~2hrs for the group session…. maybe 30 total minutes RTign all your tribe mates across the whole week… maybe another 30 minutes leaving followup facebook comments, being social, etc … and probably 30-60 minutes commenting on OTHER blogs as well, which your going to do for the backlinks, its self-serving

[9:40:25 PM] Kimberly Castleberry: These grouops of 6 work best when…. individuals are in related fields but DIFFERENT businesses… can be mlms but different types prefered…. individuals may share affiliate links and such, but the core of the businesses should be seperate to increase SEO results

[9:42:56 PM] Kimberly Castleberry: We need to fill this team and the tuesday team, and then it will take off… I have a few people that couldnt make either date, and we’re looking at the possibility of yet another group as well
[9:44:01 PM] Kimberly Castleberry: There is some “bar holding” (standard holding, accountability) to the group as well… it holds you to having new content weekly… it holds you to having GOOD content weekly … and if your quality dips, your tribemates are going to tell you because they wont want to syndicate it, everyone helps everyone grow here
